HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4853 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they were allotted D K Pattas by the 4th respondent and were in continuous possession and enjoyment of the said lands without any interference from anybody. The 4th respondent also issued pattedar pass book and title deeds to the petitioners in respect of the said land in year 2006. While so, the Government introduced a programme and according to the said programme, the respondents have to incorporate the names of land owners in web land online, 1B Adangals and ROR. But, as the petitioners' names were not incorporated in web land online, petitioners submitted representations on 4.09.2014 and 07.01.2017 with a request to incorporate their names. As no action is taken till today, the petitioners filed present writ petition.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the petitioners have already submitted representations seeking incorporation of their names in web land online, 1B Adangals and ROR, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 07.01.2017, in accordance with law, after issuing

notice to the affected parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
