HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 9668 of 2010 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to direct the first respondent to initiate the process of tender notice for finalization of sanitary contract in S.V.R.R.Government General Hospital, Tirupathi in terms of G.O.Rt.No.4459, dated 27.12.2006 and proceedings of the District Employment Officer, Chittoor, dated 28.01.2008 and to declare the impugned action of the first respondent to entrust the said sanitation work to the second respondent said to be on the request of the third respondent, without any due process of tender notice as illegal and arbitrary. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the work has already been entrusted to the second respondent long back.

Having regard to the above, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled for any relief under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
