HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.5225 of 2003 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari by calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Memorandum Ref.No.DB/ROI/PER/1849/2001, dated 16.10.2001 as confirmed by the 3rd respondent by his proceedings dated 14.5.2002 and further confirmed by the 1st respondent vide his letter dated 16.11.2002; to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions from the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.

4. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
