When the matter had come up on 27.02.2015, none appeared for the petitioners, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
