The grievance of the petitioner is that her application dated 23-06-2015 for mutation of her name in revenue records in respect of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0-37 guntas in Sy.No.258/Part, situated at Railapur Village and Grampanchayat, Medchal Mandal and District is not disposed of by the 3rd respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner ad the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, it is for the 3rd respondent to take action on the application of the petitioner dated 23-06-2015. As such, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 23-06-2015 in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
