HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER W.P. No. 5848 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) In pursuance of the order dated 06.06.2017 passed by this Court, Sri Ch. Venugopal, Regional Deputy Director, the 3rd respondent herein, is personally present in the Court. The learned Government Pleader for Services appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in compliance with the order dated 05.02.2016 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No. 4719 of 2013, the 3rd respondent issued Progs.No.89/ A1/ RDDHyd/ 2017-18, dated 20.06.2017 by making the following order:

" In compliance to the orders issued in the ref. 4th and 5th cited, the District Audit Officer, State Audit Mahabubnagar is hereby directed to take necessary action to repay the amount of Rs.55,566/ - (Rupees Fifty Five Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Six Only) which was recovered towards cost of audit from Sri A.Thirupathaih Goud, AAO, Retd. and report compliance to the undersigned immediately."

The proceedings dated 20.06.2017 issued by the 3rd respondent are placed on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission of the learned Government Pleader. In view of the proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent and his endorsement made thereon to the effect that the bill,

SKK,J & Dr.SA,J WP_5848_2017 vide TBR No.0037, claiming an amount of Rs.55,566/ -, has been submitted to the Treasury on 20.06.2017, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
