ORDER:- Heard.

2. Petitioner seeks pattadar passbook and title deed with respect to the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.20-00 cents in survey No.54 in Ganeshunipalem Revenue Village, H/o.Koppukonda Village of Vinukonda Mandal, Guntur District. Petitioner claims to have filed an application under Form VI(A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattdar passbooks Act, 1971 dated 06.04.2015 requesting the third respondent to grant pattadar passbook and title deed. Alleging inaction on the part of the third respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Since the statutory application of the petitioner is already filed in terms of the aforesaid Act and the Rules thereunder, I deem it appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
