JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 8822 OF 2017 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents to implement the order dated 22/4/2016 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No. 5118 of 2013 and consequently to direct the respondents to pay the arrears of increments, revised pay scales, pension, arrears of pension, gratuity, earned leave encashment and other retirement benefits to the petitioner and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. When the matter is listed today, the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that vide Letter No.A2/744/1997 issued by the Collector, Hyderabad district, dated 11/07/2017, the orders dated 02/9/2016 passed by the A.P.

Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No. 5118 of 2013 has been implemented in its entirety. He submitted a copy of the aforesaid letter which shall be taken on record as part of this writ petition.

3. However, the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the Letter No.A2/744/1997 issued by the Collector, Hyderabad district, dated 11/07/2017 has given further cause of action and liberty may be granted to the petitioner to agitate before the appropriate forum.

4. In view of the above submission, liberty as prayed for is granted to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the above writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
