Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. This Revision Petition is filed against the order dt.07-11-2019 in I.A.No.742 of 2018 in O.S.No.195 of 2014 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Suryapet.

3. By the impugned order, the trial Court has dismissed the application filed under Order I Rule 10 CPC to permit the petitioners herein to implead them as defendant Nos.2 to 5 in the main suit. The trial Court has failed to appreciate the facts with regard to the transaction which was taken place between the petitioners and the parties to the suit and hence, this Court feels that no prejudice would be caused, if any of the parties are impleaded.

4. Accordingly, the Revision Petition is allowed setting aside the order dt.07-11-2019 in I.A.No.742 of 2018 in O.S.No.195 of 2014; that the petitioners are impleaded as parties to the main suit; and that the trial Court is directed to afford reasonable opportunity to the parties to adduce their evidence to prove their bona fides. No costs.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
