CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.15455 of 2017 Dated:02.8.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in implementing order, dated 07.8.2015, in Original Application No.588 of 2013 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.
By order, dated 22.6.2017, this Court while adjourning the case to today, directed the respondents to be personally present, if they do not implement the above-mentioned order of the Tribunal.
Today, at the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture & Co-Operation (Telangana State) has placed before the Court G.O.Rt.No.436, Agriculture and Co-Operation (Vig.) Department, dated 26.7.2017, wherein respondent No.1 has substituted the penalty of reversion and also 10% cut in pension with the penalty of only 10% cut in pension payable to the petitioner.
Mr. S.Satyanarayana Rao, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that by issuing the afore-mentioned G.O., the respondents have complied with the said order of the Tribunal and that, therefore, the grievance with which his client has filed this Writ Petition has ceased.
CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.15455 of 2017 Dated:02.8.2017 In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.19070 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
