Contempt Case No.670 of 2015 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) In our view, no allegations of contempt have been made out in this application.

It is shown in the affidavit that pursuant to our order, notice was served and the petitioner was invited for hearing. The petitioner has participated in the hearing and thereafter, decision was taken. We think that the decision taken by the respondent can be challenged in another proceeding, but not in the contempt proceedings. We therefore close the contempt case. However, we give liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
