THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18519 OF 2014 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ or order more particularly, one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in entertaining a dispute of a civil nature at the instance of respondent No.3 and coercing the petitioner to budge to the unjust demands of respondent No.3 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
On 4.7.2014, this Court, while admitting the writ petition, passed an interim order in W.P.M.P.No.23208 of 2014 as follows: "Respondents 1 and 2 shall not interfere in any civil disputes pending before the petitioner and the 3rd respondent."
Till date, respondent Nos.1 and 2 have not filed any counter. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the affidavit filed by the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with the following direction: Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are hereby directed not to interfere in any of the civil disputes pending before the petitioner and respondent No.3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
