Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to allow the Criminal Petition Case by setting aside for an extent of shared house the order dated 3010312021 in Crl.M.P.No.15 of 2021 in D.V.C.No.O1 ot 2021 passed by the learned

Honorable Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Jangaon and to provide alternative accommodation. l.A. NO: 1OF 2022 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to Stay of D.V.C.No.O1 of 2O21 on the file of Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Jangaon and to provide alternative accommodation.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri E. Jagathsen Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of M/s V. Srihari Advocate for the Respondent No.2 and of the Respondent No.3 not appearing in person or by Advocate.

Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2.

2. This case is based on the order rendered in D.V.C.No.l of 2021 by the Court of Additional Judicial Mggistrate of First Class, Jangaon. While disposing of the Crl.P.No.8O42 of 2022, a direction '*,as issued to the trial Court to dispose of the Domestic Violence Case time bound3.

In the light of the said direction, the proceedings in this criminal petition are closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
