HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No.27594 of 2019 ORDER: (Per MSR,J) It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that the auction which was scheduled to be held on 20-12-2019 did not take place because of want of bidders.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
