HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 11666 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners seek to quash the proceedings in CC No. 331 of 2009 on the file of XII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences under Sections 363 and 506 IPC (Crime No. 510 of 2009 of Saroornagar Police Station).

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 26.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that the case has been compromised before Lok Adalat on 10.11.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 331 of 2009 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
