ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings issued in RC.No.1/KMP/2003-04, dated 13.11.2003 of the 3rd respondent and consequential proceedings dated 18.12.2003 received on 21.01.2004 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of the Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

In spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", none appears and no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for the 1st respondent submits that in view of the interim suspension granted by this Court on 3.2.2004 in WPMP No.2030 of 2004, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
