M/S Nirup Synchrome Limted (In Liqn) v. No Respondent

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATIONS No. 435 TO 469 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER :

The instant Applications have been filed by the Official Liquidator under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 306 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959 to take on record the half-yearly accounts of various companies in liquidation for the period from 01.04.2017 to 30.09.2017 along with the auditors' report dated 26.04.2018 of M/s KBS & Associates, Chartered Accountants.

Perused the auditors' report with the assistance of Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. The prayer is accepted. The half-yearly accounts and the auditors' reports are taken on file.

The Applications are ordered accordingly.
