This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: "... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 to 4 herein in rejecting the proposal of construction of residential building of 1 stilt + 2 upper floors in premises No.7-1-912 and 913 and portion of 7-1-835, situated at Buruguchetty Bazar, Secunderabad, Telangana State under Building Application No.3/18B/09005/2018, dated 04.05.2018, vide Rejection Letter No.3/18B/09005/2018, dated 16.05.2019, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.
Though this Court, by order dated 10.11.2019 in I.A.No.1 of 2019, granted interim suspension, the petitioner filed I.A.No.2 of 2019 seeking to clarify the order dated 10.11.2019. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of setting aside the Rejection Letter No.3/18B/09005/2018, dated 16.05.2019 issued by respondent Nos.3 and 4 with a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to forthwith grant building construction permission to the petitioner.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
