Judgment:

This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 1910-2011, in OS.No.21 of 2006, on the file of the Court of the

learned Prl.District Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry.

Mr.TS.Anand, learned Counsel for the appellants, has addressed letter, dated 23-04-2015, to the Registry wherein he has informed that he has instructions from the appellants to withdraw the appeal.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel has reiterated the same and requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Appeal.

The request of the learned Counsel for the appellants is accepted and the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Appeal, interim order, dated 27-04-2012, is vacated and ASMP.Nos.1005 and 1030 of 2012 are disposed of as infructuous.
