HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT O R D E R :

Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri K.S.Gopala Krishnan after arguing the revision for considerable length of time requests the court to permit the Revision Petitioner to avail the remedies, if any, available in law to establish the case of Revision Petitioner in the pending claim-petition. He requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the Revision with such an observation.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty as noted above is granted. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing its view on the merits or entitlement of the Revision Petitioner to pursue such remedies. As and when a petition is filed it is for the executing court to consider and dispose of prayer in accordance with law. No costs.
