As the prayer is substantially against proposed action of respondents in granting house site pattas in Sy.Nos.42 and 48 of Konala Village, Tanuku Mandal, West Godavari District, the petitioners seek liberty of the court to workout all remedies against creation of any interest in these survey numbers, including grant of house site pattas to third parties, by filing an appeal before the competent authority. By granting liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
