HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33638 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application to the 2nd respondent for deletion of the subject land i.e. R.S.No.113/1 of Pragadavaram Village, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District from the prohibitory list which was prepared under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 and the same is pending. It is also stated that though the land is originally assigned under political sufferer quota, since ten years period elapsed from the date of assignment, NOC is not required and the subject property shall be deleted from the prohibitory list. As no orders are passed on the representation dated 16.07.2016 submitted by the petitioner, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of above facts and circumstances since the representation of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 16.07.2016 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
