Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners have sought reference under Section 64 of the Act 30 of 2013 through a representation dt.15.02.2018 given to the 3rd respondent, but the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation dt.15.02.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
