THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15953 of 2009 O R D E R:

Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.01.07.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition stating that the matter is settled out of Court and the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

2. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
