This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.512 of 2013 pending on the file of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad. The petitioner herein is arrayed as Accused in the said crime. The offences alleged against him are under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., Section 3 of SC/ST POA Act and Sections 505 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

This Court by order dated 26.09.2013 granted stay of all further proceedings including personal appearance and arrest of the petitioner in Crime No.512 of 2013.

Since the petitioner was already granted the relief of not to arrest in view of the aforesaid interim order. The crime is pending investigation since the year and underwent several adjournments without hearing.

In the said circumstances, the Alwal Police are directed to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible. In the event of the petitioner/Accused being aggrieved by the final report filed by the police, the petitioner/Accused is at liberty to move this Court seeking quashment of the said proceedings if any. 6.
