HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 14228 of 2007 O R D E R:

When the matter came up for hearing, both the counsel conceded that the appeal in SA No.1 of 2007 as well as cross objections in connection with the above writ petition are pending before the second appellate authority.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing second appellate authority established under A.P.Shops and Establishment Act to decide the said second appeal as well as cross objections within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. However, both the parties are at liberty to raise all legal and other contentions before the second appellate authority. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
