THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18853 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is preferred by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take immediate steps to prevent any illegal unauthorized constructions or encroachments of the four parks of Venkata Sai Enclave Building, Jillelaguda Municipality, Jillelaguda, Balapur Mandal, RR District, by the third parties and retain the four parks as per the sanctioned layout plan.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent for disposal of the representation made by the petitioner on 11.05.2017, at the earliest.

Considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

The 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 11.05.2017, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
