The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that no cause survives for adjudication in the revision petition and that, therefore, the revision petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the CRP shall also stand dismissed.
