HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.5700 of 2015 AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.5718 of 2015 ORDER :
This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.106 of 2013 of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC.
2. Pending the criminal petition, Crl.M.P.No.5700 of 2015 is filed by the parties seeking leave to compromise the F.I.R.
3. It is represented that A.2 breathed his last after registration of this crime and as the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and petitioner No.1/A.1 have amicably settled the dispute and want to take consent divorce, they may be permitted to compound the offence.
4. The de facto complainant and petitioners/A.1 and A.3 are present. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace.
Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the petitioners/A.1 and A.3.
5. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.5700 of 2015 is allowed.
Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.106 of 2013 of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad, are quashed against the petitioners. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
6. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
