Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. M. Srikanth Reddy, learned standing counsel for State Bank of India, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

Till 03.11.2016, there was no Presiding Officer for the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Therefore, we were entertaining writ petitions. But, now a Presiding Officer has taken over charge. Therefore, it is appropriate that the petitioner goes before the Tribunal and seeks appropriate remedy.
