VINOD KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK Writ Petition No. 27567 of 2019 ORDER:(per the Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Raji Reddy, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes appearing for respondents, submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication by this Court any further, since subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the respondents-authorities have acceded to the request of the petitioner by furnishing certified copy of the order dt.24.12.2014, and thus, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
