This civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 12.03.2012 in T.O.P.No.441 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Srikakulam, by and under which, the learned District Judge allowed the petition, transferring the E.P.No.56/2006 in O.S.No.121/2004 and the connected E.As.397/2009 and 319/2009 etc., from the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam to the Court of the Additional District Judge and the designated Court under SCs & STs (POA) Act, Srikakulam to try and enquire along with O.S.No.37/2008 on its file. During course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the matter has already been transferred, the present revision may be disposed of with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit as well as E.P. as expeditiously as possible. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Additional District Judge, Srikakulam to dispose of the suit as well as E.P., referred to above, within a period of 6 (six) months from today.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
