THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2728 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No. 2 in not releasing and paying the monthly remuneration of pay as agreed in the Order of Appointment dated 02.01.2014 @ Rs.18,000/- per month from the date of joining i.e., on 03.01.2014 to till date is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to Order of Appointment dated 02.01.2014 and violative of Article 14 and 21, consequently direct the Respondents to release and pay the monthly remuneration of Rs.18,000/- per month from the date of his joining on 03.01.2014 to till date and continue to pay and pass such other order or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the respondents on 15.05.2015, but no action has been taken so far. In view of the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents herein to take appropriate action on the representation dated 15.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law by fixing timeframe, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to examine the issue and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 15.05.2015, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall
