THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.9432 of 2007 ORDER:

The writ petitioner is challenging the appointment of 3rd respondent as Anganwadi worker in this writ petition. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition against the contesting respondent i.e., 3rd respondent is dismissed for default vide order dated 23.06.2011 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to restore the writ petition against the 3rd respondent. In the absence of 3rd respondent, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
