HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.24383 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the learned single Judge for compliance of the order dated 11.04.2018 passed in W.P.No.12235 of 2018.

Permission for withdrawal of the writ petition is granted with liberty as prayed for.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
