ORAL ORDER:

C.A.No. 288 of 2014 was filed in A.P. Administrative Tribunal alleging willful disobedience of the orders in O.A.No. 7254 of 2013 dated 20.12.2013. It is seen from the material on record that C.A. No. 288 of 2014 was closed by order 22.9.2014. Thus, contempt case, which was already closed was wrongly transferred to this Court and no orders are required to be passed in this contempt case.
