This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.61 of 2014 pending on the file of Police Station, Kukkatpally, Hyderabad, for the offence under Sections 52 r/w 49 (1) (b) (c) of HMWS and SB Act, 1989 and Sections 430, 379 of IPC and Section 3 (2) (a) of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

Heard Mrs. S.V. Indira, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 28.02.2016 and it was taken cognizance by the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, and numbered as CC.168 of 2016 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
