HCJ & AAR, J Crl.A.No. 954 of 2012 Dt: 27.08.2019 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Mr. M. Phani Kumar, the learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the appellant, namely Sanagarapu Ramesh, has expired on 31.05.2018. In order to buttress this plea, he has submitted the Death Certificate issued by the Warangal Municipal Corporation, Warangal Urban District, State of Telangana.

Therefore, the present appeal abates.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
