HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE NO.158 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner against the respondent for disobedience of the order dated 6.1.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1148 of 2017.

It is the case of the petitioner that the respondent was directed not to interfere with the family disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in W.P.No.1148 of 2017, vide order dated 6.1.2017 therein. In spite of the said orders, the respondent herein is calling him and his family members to the police station.

On issuance of notice, the respondent appeared before this Court and stated that a crime was registered against the petitioner and in that connection, the petitioner was summoned to the police station. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated by the respondent, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. _________________ Justice Raja Elango Dated: 9.3.2017.
