Heard the learned counsel for petitioners/ Accused Nos.2,3,6 and 7.

For the reasons mentioned by the learned counsel for petitioners, the N.B.Ws issued against the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2,3,6 and 7 are recalled and the appearance of petitioners in C.C.No.139 of 2014 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court at Sangareddy, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their presence.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
