HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1156 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing both sides, the following order is passed at the state of admission.

Having regard to the prima facie material in the FIR and as the investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Investigation shall go on. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner/A3 that he is presently working at Allagadda Branch, Kurnool District, he is directed to surrender before the Additional Junior Civil Judge - cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narasipatnam, Visakhapatnam, on or before 6.3.2015 and on such surrender he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the said Court.

The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petition, pending if any, shall stand closed.
