THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.3681 of 2016 ORDER :

In this Writ Petition, the petitioners' grievance is that petitioners have given a representation dt.29.12.2015 to 2nd respondent alleging that land intended for the benefit of 1st respondent and its members for grazing is being interfered with by some third-parties who have been allotted land at a different place, and that the 2nd respondent is not taking any action in the matter.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), appearing for respondents, states that some process has been initiated and a survey has also been directed to be done and that the 2nd respondent will take a decision on the petitioners' representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the affected parties.

3. Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to pass orders on petitioners' representation dt.29.12.2015 within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to all the affected parties, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
