Sri Ravi Shankar Jandhyala, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal as the matter is settled outside the Court and he also filed M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.995 of 2017 to that effect.

Sri Vajjala Karuna Kumari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent is present.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.995 of 2017 is allowed and M.A.C.M.A.No.3040 of is dismissed as withdrawn.
