THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24219 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Order, dated 24.10.2017, in W.P.No.23191 of 2017 of this Court. It is further submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the Government also issued a fresh memo bearing No.632/Plg.II(1)/2018, dated 04.04.2018.

Following the above said order in W.P.No.23191 of 2017 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof, by directing the respondent-Municipality to accept the application of the petitioner herein for building permission in terms of the Circular U.O.No.B/1545/TPS/CCP/HO/GHMC/ 2016/485, dated 19/24.04.2017, issued by the Commissioner, Grater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, and the Memo No.2252/M1/2017, dated 28.04.2017 and Memo No.632/Plg.II(1)/2018, dated 04.04.2018, and pass appropriate orders, as per law.

Office to enclose a copy of the Order, dated 24.10.2017, in W.P.No.23191 of 2017, to this Order.
