HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3585 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she filed revision along with stay petition under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent, against the order dated 29.09.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent in appeal No.A2/4332/14, wherein the 3rd respondent cancelled the pattadar pass books and title deeds of the petitioner. Pending revision, the respondents are trying to give affect to the appellate order. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard Sri Kowturu Vinay Kumar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition by the next date of hearing of the revision fixed by the 2nd respondent, after issuing notice to the petitioner. Till disposal of stay petition, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained with regard to entries in revenue records.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
