Heard Mr. G. Vasantha Rayudu for petitioner and Mr. K. Raghu Babu, standing counsel for second respondent. 2.

Petitioner complains against inaction of second respondent in considering and disposing of representation dated 20.12.2014 read with 09.05.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

I have perused the representation dated 09.05.2016 and also the other annexures filed by the petitioner along with the writ petition. This Court is of the view that the inaction complained by the petitioner appears to be reasonable and correct. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order.

The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 05.09.2016 within three (3) weeks from today.
