THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24154 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-Municipal Corporation, that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Order, dated 20.03.2017, in W.P.No.36709 of 2016 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with the Writ Petition as material papers. Following the above said order and for the reasons mentioned therein, this writ petition is also allowed setting aside the rejection order, as communicated vide letter, dated 28.05.2016, with a further direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to process the application of the petitioner without insisting for NOC/TSLR certificate. It also open for the petitioner to make a fresh application and if the respondent authorities require any further documents, the petitioner may be put on notice, which shall be made good by the petitioner.. Office to enclose a copy of the Order, dated 20.03.2017, in W.P.No.36709 of 2016, to this Order.
