ORDER

Challenging the inaction of the respondent-police in registering the complaint dated 7.10.2016 lodged by the petitioner against the 5th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.48 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, Gudivada I Town Police Station, Krishna District, for the offence punishable under Section 304-A IPC and investigation is in progress.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
