Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

Petitioner claims that she is the daughter of Poloju Venkatesham and now she claims that she is also entitled to a share in the joint family property. On 18.06.2019, the Tahsildar, passed order canceling the earlier entries made in the revenue records, and reflecting the names of respondents 4 to 6. Aggrieved thereby, petitioner claims to have preferred Appeal No.2711/2019, before the Revenue Divisional Officer, and the said appeal is stated to be pending. Along with the appeal, petitioner also filed application for stay of operation of the order of Tahsildar. While so, this writ petition is filed challenging the order of Tahsildar and not granting stay by the Revenue Divisional Officer, on the stay application filed by the petitioner.

Having regard to the history of litigation, the Court is not inclined to stay the operation of the order of Tahsildar, while the application for stay along with the appeal, preferred by the petitioner are pending consideration by the Revenue Divisional Officer.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the pending appeal and in the stay application, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
