THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13617 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition aggrieved by the action of the 5th respondent in not issuing Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed to him and also for not mutating his name in 1B Register maintained under the A.P. Rights in land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 in spite of the fact that the petitioner had made applications for the said purpose on 13.05.2015, 10.11.2015 and 02.03.2016 to the 5th respondent.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 5th respondent will consider the said representations within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider the above representations made by the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
